You might have known or even eaten so many desserts prepared by the paneer and coconut but still what I am going to present might not be heard. The recipe is Coconut Paneer Laddu. It is a North India’s delicacy which made at home and we know that it would be liked by each one. The Laddu recipe is prepared by the coconut flakes, saffron, paneer, green cardamom and sugar. It is very easy to make and very simple dessert recipe which is apt for having after a heavy meal. This vegetarian recipe could be prepared in just half an hour. Enjoy!

How to prepare Coconut Paneer Laddu: Step 1) To make this dessert recipe, include paneer in a big vessel & crumble utilising your hands. Knead it till the paneer comes together such as dough & begin to release some fat. Next, put a kadai or vessel over a low flame & include the paneer dough into it. Step 2) Allow the paneer roast into it to eject the raw taste. When done, take it off the flame & allow the paneer cool at room temperature. Put it in a vessel & put beside. Step 3) Then, include green cardamom powder, powdered sugar into it & mix properly. Take tiny portions from the mixture & roll them into the shape of a Laddu. Step 4) Roll the laddus in coconut flakes & put them on a plate. When done, garnish them using saffron strands, pistachios and almonds. Place the plate in the fridge for about thirty to sixty mins & allow them to set. When chilled, you could serve them anytime.
