Ingredients for Mayo Vada Pav Burger:
Step 1) Add the potatoes into a vessel alongside water & put it over a moderate flame. Allow it to boil. Bring out the potatoes & mash them. Heat one tbsp oil into a non-stick pan on a moderate flame & add curry leaves, mustard seeds, one tsp turmeric powder, salt and mashed potatoes. Stir finely & cook it for one to two mins. Step 2) Form medium size balls of the potato mix & put them beside. In a vessel, add red chilli powder, besan, water and rest turmeric powder. Mix finely till you get a soft batter. Step 3) Heat rest oil into a kadhai on a moderate flame. Dip the potato balls into the gram flour batter & deep fry till they become crisp and golden on the outside. Step 4) Slice the garlic & peanuts into a vessel. To make the garlic chutney, heat a non-stick vessel on a moderate flame & add peanuts, garlic, chilli powder, salt and cumin powder. Roast the ingredients for one to two mins. Add the roasted spices into a mixer jar & grind till you have a coarse powder. Step 5) Then, spread one tbsp burger mayonnaise on every pav, sprinkle slightly garlic chutney, put a vada & press smoothly. Add a dollop of mayo. Enjoy the Mayo Vada Pav Burger hot!
